Little Olive Tree Preschool was honored to participate in the Red Sun Healthy Family Day, an event dedicated to celebrating and strengthening the foundation of healthy family units in Singapore.
Our Commitment to Family Values
At Little Olive Tree, we believe that strong families form the cornerstone of a thriving society. In a rapidly changing world, we remain committed to upholding the traditional family structure—one man and one woman as the nucleus of the family unit. This belief guides our approach to early childhood education and shapes the values we nurture in the children under our care.

Our Participation
We supported the Red Sun Healthy Family Day by setting up an interactive booth featuring games and prizes for families to enjoy together. These activities were designed to encourage family bonding, laughter, and meaningful connections between parents and children.
A highlight of the event was the pledge table, where families could publicly commit to maintaining and strengthening their family units. Watching parents and children stand together to make this pledge was a powerful reminder of why we do what we do—to support families in raising the next generation with strong values and healthy relationships.

Why This Matters
The family unit provides children with their first experience of love, security, and belonging. When families are healthy and stable, children flourish. They develop:
Emotional security through consistent, loving relationships
Moral foundations grounded in timeless values
Social skills learned through family interactions
Resilience built on the support of committed parents
As an early childhood education provider rooted in Christian values, we see our role as partners with families. We don't just educate children—we support parents in their vital role as primary caregivers and teachers.
Our Stand
In participating in the Red Sun Healthy Family Day, Little Olive Tree reaffirms our commitment to:
Supporting traditional family structures as the optimal environment for child development
Partnering with parents who share our values and vision for their children
Creating a community where families feel understood, supported, and celebrated
Educating children within a framework that honors family values and faith-based principles
Looking Forward
Events like the Red Sun Healthy Family Day remind us that we are not alone in our commitment to family values. There is a community of like-minded families and organizations who believe that preserving the traditional family unit is essential for the wellbeing of our children and society.
We are grateful for the opportunity to stand alongside families who share these beliefs, and we remain dedicated to providing an educational environment where these values are not just taught but lived out daily.
At Little Olive Tree, children don't just learn—they grow and glow in an environment that honors family, faith, and the timeless values that build strong foundations for life.
Little Olive Tree Preschool is a Christian-based early childhood education provider operating 20 preschools across Singapore. We are committed to nurturing children in a faith-based, family-centered environment where every child can thrive.
