第二届“小小橄榄树”华语故事大赛，在家长和老师们的掌声中圆满落下了帷幕，整个活动温馨而感动。  举办这个活动，首要目标在于帮助幼儿更加热爱华语，勇于自信地开口表达。  很开心看到幼儿们在台上发光的小模样，特别是那些非华族幼儿字正腔圆地用华语讲述自己和新加坡的故事。  最让我们惊喜的是幼儿们在这个过程中的成长，从最初的紧张，不敢面对观众，到后来能够落落大方地站在舞台上，声情并茂地讲完自己的故事。这份勇敢和自信，是他们这次比赛中最闪亮的收获。  颁奖典礼那天，出席了170 位家长，他们的掌声和欢呼声是孩子们最大的鼓励。每一  个幼儿都骄傲地走上舞台，领取属于自己的那份荣誉。  我们相信，那个瞬间不仅定格在照片里，更是深深印在幼儿们的心里，成为他们继续热爱华文的动力。  这次活动，就像一条纽带，把19间小小橄榄树幼儿园的老师和幼儿们连接在一起，  也让家长们更深入地了解了“小小橄榄树”对华语教育的热诚。看到幼儿们因为这  次经历而更爱说华语，华文团队备受鼓舞。  第二届故事大赛圆满结束了，但幼儿们爱上华文，自信表达的故事，才刚刚开始…..  下

一年一度的华语演讲比赛又开始啦！ 🎤✨ 这个由YMCA举办的全国性活动，不仅为学前儿童提供了一个展示华语能力的舞台，更是一次锻炼孩子们说华语的信心之旅。 每一年小小橄榄树都有幼儿参与此活动， 2024 年，我们荷兰村校区的姚加念小朋友从众多学校中脱颖而出，荣获了第三名。 今年，小小橄榄树不同校区有 7 名小朋友参与预赛。 这是一个共同参与的项目，有家长的鼎力支持，老师的悉心鼓励，孩子们认真的练习。幼儿要在一周多的时间里深入理解演讲内容，熟记每一句台词，力求以最佳状态呈现属于自己的故事。 对于参赛幼儿来说，这不仅仅是一次语言表达的锻炼，更是一场对自信心与沟通能力的挑战。 在准备过程中，孩子们不仅要学会清晰地表达观点，还演练了如何在镜头前自然展现情感、保持眼神交流以及运用适当的肢体语言。 无关结果，重在参与，我们深信每一位参赛幼儿都在这个过程中收获了宝贵的经验。他们不仅提升了自己的华语表达能力，还培养了耐心、毅力及合作精神，这些品质都将伴随他们未来的华语学习旅程。 我们为每一位小朋友加油，你们每一个人在老师的心目当中都是最棒的！ The annua

In its place, we have introduced the Truth, Beauty and Goodness educational mission which seeks to be expressed in 5 learning dispositions in our children.
