Community Celebration at Pasir Ris Central

On 28 February, the stage at ActiveSG Pasir Ris Sports Centre came alive with energy, colour and big smiles as our children from Little Olive Tree Pasir Ris 21 (K2) and Little Olive Tree Pasir Ris 51 (K1 & K2) delivered a heartwarming Chinese New Year performance. 🌸🥁

With confident steps, cheerful voices and festive spirit, our little performers lit up the stage and warmed the hearts of everyone in the audience. Watching them shine so brightly was truly a proud and joyful moment for our educators and families alike.

We were also honoured by the presence of Mr Desmond Tan, Senior Minister of State, whose support added to the significance of the occasion. Events like these remind us of the strength of community partnerships and the shared commitment to nurturing the next generation.

This annual celebration, organized in collaboration with the People’s Association, is always a highlight of our community outreach efforts. It is more than just a performance. It is about bringing people together, spreading joy, and celebrating traditions as one united community.

The excitement continued beyond the stage. Our Art Booth was buzzing with activity throughout the event, as our dedicated staff guided families in creating adorable mandarin oranges using orange netting and pipe cleaners. Simple yet engaging, the hands-on activity drew smiles from both young and old, reinforcing the spirit of togetherness that defines the festive season.
