Last Saturday, we celebrated the official Open House of Little Olive Tree (Thomson), our newest preschool nestled within the welcoming grounds of Thomson Road Baptist Church. It was heartening to see a wonderful turnout — leaders, parents, families, and children gathered in one spirit of anticipation and hope for what is to come.

At Little Olive Tree, we believe that early childhood is not just about learning facts, but about forming the foundation of a life rooted in truth, beauty, and goodness. Our educational philosophy is built on nurturing the whole child — intellectually, emotionally, physically, socially, and spiritually. We are excited to bring this vision to the Thomson community, where we see a vibrant, supportive environment ready to help every child flourish.
A Partnership with Purpose
The strong support of Thomson Road Baptist Church has provided not only space, but a deeply fertile ground for nurturing young minds and hearts. Their commitment to our shared values gives us the confidence that Little Olive Tree (Thomson) will be a place where children experience genuine care, joy in learning, and a sense of belonging and a strong foundation in biblical values. In an age where early childhood education can sometimes focus narrowly on academics, we are proud to offer something deeper: an education that cultivates wonder, character, and a love for truth.
Quality Education, Personalised Care
Our promise to parents in the Thomson area is simple — quality education with heart. We are committed to maintaining smaller class sizes, hiring passionate and skilled educators, and delivering a curriculum that invites children to explore, create, and grow at their own pace. Every child is seen as a unique individual with infinite potential, and our role is to come alongside them, guiding their journey with wisdom, care, and faith.
Gratitude and Looking Ahead
We want to express our deepest gratitude to our leaders, parents, and supporters who came and filled the Open House with their warmth, questions, encouragement, and dreams. Your overwhelming support affirms our belief that we are embarking on something truly special together.
As we look forward to welcoming our first cohort of children in January 2026, we are excited for the close partnerships we will build with each family.
At Little Olive Tree, children are nurtured in a community where learning goes beyond academics to shape character, purpose, and a love for truth, beauty, and goodness. Rooted in strong values and supported by love, faith, and close partnerships with families, every child is prepared not just for school, but for a meaningful life ahead.
Here’s to an exciting journey at Thomson!
