On 29th November 2025, we had gathered for our annual Thanksgiving Service with almost all staff present — a simple, heartfelt time of reflection, appreciation, and celebration. Colleagues reconnected, took photos, and paused to thank God for His faithfulness through a year that stretched us, surprised us, and shaped us.
Our Executive Director, Mr Lim Ee Tuo, shared a reflection from Matthew 6:28–29, inviting us to see this past year the way Jesus sees the lilies of the field —
Not through results, but through beauty, faithfulness, and God’s care.
This year came with hard decisions, school closures, tough competition, and even a fire at Woodlands. Many felt tired or disappointed. Yet Jesus points us to the lilies — small, fragile, unimpressive — and says they are still clothed in glory.
God honours faithfulness, even when outcomes don’t go our way.
We planned, worked hard, pushed through audits, and fought for enrolments. Some things went well; others didn’t.
But the Scripture does not say “successful servant.” It says “good and faithful servant.”
Our worth is not tied to numbers. What matters is showing up with heart.
Most of our year wasn’t a mountaintop. It was ground-level work — covering classes, calming parents, helping families through tough moments. Yet these “small” moments are where real ministry happens: a child’s smile, a colleague’s kindness, a quiet breakthrough.
Jesus sees it all and calls it beautiful.
To every teacher, principal, and HQ colleague — thank you.
Your courage, patience, and love have watered many little olive trees this year. Much of what you do is unseen, yet deeply felt.
Next year, we aim for smoother systems, stronger programmes, and lighter loads. But to thrive, we must stay united and rooted in Christ.
Only when we abide can we truly abound.
Thank you for being part of this mission.
Let’s keep growing — together.
