Just like a kaleidoscope bursting forth with a myriad of colours, shapes and sizes, I see my team as unique and diverse individuals who come together to create a masterpiece. When I see everyone contributing with their different strengths and personalities, I can really say that 'teamwork really makes the dream work'.

Of course, having a clear vision is important for me to guide my teachers, which is why I do a lot of reflection and am constantly thinking of the best way ahead. However, I always remind myself to first look to God and align my leadership, work and personal life to what He is leading me to do.
