Like the piece of metal in this headband, I hope that I can be moulded in various ways during different situations that my team and I may face. Apart from being adaptable and using my talents and strengths to solve problems that may arise on the ground or during crises, I would like to be the backbone of the team that holds everyone together.
As a leader, I need to be grounded and ever-ready to take on challenges so that I can support my teachers effectively and also help maintain the peace and camaraderie amogst all.
