The Educational Support Programme (ESP) is Little Olive Tree’s commitment to ensuring that children with diverse needs—such as Autism, Global Developmental Delay, or Cerebral Palsy—are not left behind in preschool.

ESP provides:

• In-class support so children can learn alongside their peers.

• Individualised Learning Plans tailored to each child’s strengths and challenges.

• Specialist-led pull-out sessions for targeted intervention.

• Family partnership and progress tracking to give parents hope and confidence.

While mainstream preschools often turn these children away, ESP opens the door. It costs significantly more to run, but the impact is priceless - children grow in confidence, parents find community, and society gains a more inclusive future.
