As a leader, I need to be an all-rounder, just like a basketball! Apart from it being 'round', it can do much - bounce, spin, and bring joy to others when they pick it up for a solo game or with friends! This means that I can evolve according to the circumstances, and also connect with people individually or in a group setting. It takes time to build deep relationships, so I hope my versatility can be used to spur on my team and build trust.
